- 1 large loaf bread, cubed and dried
- 2 cups diced onion
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 cup diced parsley
- 4 cups diced chestnuts
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsps. poultry seasoning
- 3 Tbsps. salt-free Mrs. Dash seasoning, or salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups turkey or chicken broth
- Brown onion, celery, parsley, and chestnuts lightly in olive oil.
- Mix in eggs, seasoning, and broth and toss in bread cubes.
