Turkey Broth

Chicken broth, bouillon, clear soup.

Ingredients:

  1. Turkey neck and giblets
  2. 1 large onion
  3. 2 cups celery, chopped
  4. 1 cup parsley
  5. 2 qts. water

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in saucepan with water.
  2. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
