Turkey with Pasta or Rice

Ingredients:

  1. Pasta or rice for four
  2. 1 ½ pounds raw turkey, sliced off breast
  3. ½ cup onions
  4. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 Tbsp. rosemary
  6. 2 Tbsps. salt-free Mrs. Dash seasoning
  7. 1 tsp. sweet basil
  8. ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  9. ½ cup pine nuts (shelled)
  10. ½ cup seedless grapes

 

Directions: 

  1. Prepare pasta or rice for four people, according to package directions.
  2. Brown raw turkey and onions in olive oil.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; heat 5-10 minutes. 
  4. Serve over pasta or rice.
