Property Manager

Jaindl Land Company - Orefield, PA

The Jaindl family began developing land in the 1960s, beginning with a phased residential project and a self-owned water company. The land acquisitions and investments continued through the years with our industrial and commercial developments occupying 14 million sq.ft.

Jaindl Land company is looking for an individual to manage and oversee their property rental portfolio which includes over residential 100 units.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
  • Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
  • Advertising vacant properties and hiring a leasing agent to find tenants as needed
  • Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
  • Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate
  • Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
  • Establish rental rates and calculate overhead costs, taxes, depreciation, and profit
  • Advertise vacancies to attract tenants, obtain referrals from current tenants, and explain the advantages of location and services
  • Reach organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value

Sales Executive

Summary

As a Sales Executive at Jaindl Companies, you will play a vital role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence for both Jaindl Farms and A-TREAT Soda. This position is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality products while fostering strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach new customers and promote products

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in agriculture or food production
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and inside sales techniques
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Experience in technology sales is a plus but not required

Jaindl Companies is a diverse family business based here in the Lehigh Valley. The companies foundation starter over 80 years ago as a turkey farms. Today they are a vertically integrated poultry operation growing over 8000,000 birds each year. Additionally, the family owns Jaindl Land Company a 50 year old business developing high quality developments across the Lehigh valley and recently purchased the A-TREAT Soda company, a craft soda brand known to many of the PA area.

Summary

As the Director of Marketing at Jaindl Companies, you will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. This role is vital to our mission of promoting sustainable business practices and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Jaindl Farms' products and values
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, performance marketing, and social media campaigns
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the agriculture/soda and real estate sector
  • Manage print advertising efforts and collaborate with sales teams to drive advertising sales
  • Enhance e-commerce presence by optimizing online platforms for customer engagement
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
  • Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand brand reach

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques including SEO, social media, and performance marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a diverse team of professionals
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns
