Our Philosophy
As a family who works and develops the earth, we have a hardened determination to work in sustainable ways. This is our purpose. We care for and protect the land, and in turn it helps sustain a way of life for many generation’s past, and countless future generations.

Reducing Impact on Our Neighbors
At Jaindl Land Development, we go above and beyond all baseline requirements set by municipal ordinances. When faced with minimal berm requirements between our development property and its neighbors, Jaindl believes in the value of creating space.
We work exceeding hard to reduce the visual impact a project may have on its neighbors, and provide a more aesthetically pleasing contribution for the neighborhood at large.
Our "Two-for-One" Rule
Jaindl goes by the mantra of "2 for 1." For every acre we develop we invest into two agricultural acres. This not only provides much needed farm land for the turkey feed requirements but also provides a commitment to sustaining our farming business and its supportive land long-term.
