Jaindl Farms Full-Court Bundle Box Sweepstakes – Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Jaindl Farms Full-Court Bundle Box Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Jaindl Farms (“Sponsor”), located in Orefield, Pennsylvania.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Jaindl Farms, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins upon announcement and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on April 29, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must subscribe to the Jaindl Farms newsletter via the official entry form during the Entry Period.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Jaindl Farms. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Jaindl Full-Court Bundle Box, which includes:
- Turkey Sausage (2 packs) – choice of Sage Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties or Italian Turkey Sausage Links
- Turkey BBQ (5 lbs) – choice of Red or White
- Ground Turkey (2 lbs)
- Turkey Burgers (3 packs) – assorted flavors
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $94.00. Shipping included.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- Drawing will occur on or before April 30, 2026.
- Winner will be notified via email using the address provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery
Prize will be shipped to a valid U.S. address provided by the winner. Jaindl Farms is not responsible for shipping delays or issues outside its control.
8. General Conditions
Jaindl Farms reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, or misdirected entries
- Technical issues or website failures
- Any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Jaindl Farms and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected will be used in accordance with Jaindl Farms’ privacy policy and for marketing communications, including email newsletters. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
11. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Pennsylvania.
