Jaindl Farms Gift Basket Sweepstakes – Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Jaindl Farms Gift Basket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Jaindl Farms (“Sponsor”), located in Orefield, Pennsylvania.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Jaindl Farms, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins upon announcement and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on November 26, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must subscribe to the Jaindl Farms newsletter via the official entry form during the Entry Period.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Jaindl Farms. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in emails.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Jaindl gift basket valued at over $1,000, which includes:
- $100 Jaindl Retail Gift Card
- $150 Westside Grill Gift Card
- $100 Wild Turkey Grill Gift Card
- $250 Glasbern Inn Gift Card
- A golf foursome at The Club at Twin Lakes
- A signature Jaindl Gift Basket filled with unique items and tasty favorites
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): over $1,000.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Gift cards are subject to the terms of the issuer. The golf foursome is subject to availability and the terms of The Club at Twin Lakes.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
- Drawing will occur on or before November 27, 2026.
- Winner will be notified via email using the address provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery
Sponsor will contact the winner to arrange the gift cards, signature gift basket, and golf foursome. Jaindl Farms is not responsible for delays or availability limits outside its control.
8. General Conditions
Jaindl Farms reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, or misdirected entries
- Technical issues or website failures
- Any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Jaindl Farms and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected will be used in accordance with Jaindl Farms’ privacy policy and for marketing communications, including email newsletters. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
11. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Pennsylvania.
