- Jaindl Smoked turkey
- 1 small jar of sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (add more to taste)
1. Cut up the dark meat from turkey, using the back, drums and thighs.
2. Place meat into a food processor and finely chop.
3. Combine finely chopped turkey, entire jar of sweet pickle relish and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
4. Serve with small party rye bread, crackers, or bread of choice.
